When students have completed all degree requirements they must also apply to graduate via the Registrar's Office before your degree will be conferred. Students are encouraged to plan early, and at the beginning of their last semester, they should visit the Registrar's Graduation website for graduation information and answers to frequently asked questions. If you choose to work on a thesis or project, please clearly communicate your thesis committee and the Director of Graduate Studies for further information and any changes in deadlines. Plan to attend the Graduate Convocation and George Mason Commencement, described in the links below.
