Peter Mandaville is Professor of International Affairs at GMU's Schar School of Policy & Government and served as a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of State under Hillary Clinton and John Kerry. Justin Gest is Assistant Professor of Public Policy at GMU's Schar School of Policy & Government.
